The National Solutions Council brings together friends of Rocky Mountain Institute who are committed to understanding, supporting, and promoting RMI’s work to create transformational change for the next generation.
PURPOSE
The National Solutions Council:
- Introduces and promotes RMI’s work to others on national and international levels in members’ geographic regions
- Provides opportunities for intellectual stimulation and dialogue around RMI’s work
- Annually sponsors a specific RMI project
- Provides opportunities for its members to network with colleagues and peers
- Broadens the base of financial support for RMI’s programs
OPPORTUNITIES
Members of the National Solutions Council:
- Are invited to participate in various discussions with RMI staff and/or RMI’s Board of Trustees about global issues in which RMI has an influential role
- Receive invitations to RMIQs (RMIQuest for Solutions lecture series) and other RMI events, including NSC Salons the Annual RMI Symposium
- Receive discounted rates for participation in the Annual RMI Symposium
- Sponsor regional RMIQ lecture series
- Receive advance notifications of key upcoming RMI publications
